L'app «Patente Nautica Prep» (identificativo com.anavasis.patentenautica, iOS e Android) è pubblicata da ANAVASIS LLC. Questa informativa spiega quali dati vengono trattati quando la usi.
1. Nessun account, nessun nostro server
L'app non richiede alcun account e non gestiamo server che conservino i tuoi dati. I tuoi progressi, le impostazioni (tipo di patente, vela, data dell'esame), le risposte agli esercizi di carteggio e i risultati delle simulazioni restano solo sul tuo dispositivo. Puoi cancellarli dall'app (Progressi → Cancella i miei progressi); anche disinstallare l'app li elimina.
2. Nessuna pubblicità, nessun tracciamento
L'app non contiene pubblicità, strumenti di analisi o tracciamento pubblicitario e non usa l'identificativo pubblicitario del dispositivo.
3. Colombo, il tutor con intelligenza artificiale (Pro)
Solo se scrivi a Colombo: il tuo messaggio, i messaggi precedenti della conversazione e, se pertinenti, la domanda o l'esercizio che stai studiando con la sua spiegazione vengono inviati a Google (Gemini, tramite Firebase AI Logic) per generare la risposta. Un avviso te lo comunica prima del primo messaggio. Non inviamo nome, account né identificativo pubblicitario e non conserviamo le conversazioni. Per proteggere il servizio dagli abusi, Firebase App Check verifica che la richiesta provenga dall'app (App Attest di Apple o Play Integrity di Google). Il trattamento da parte di Google è descritto qui: policies.google.com/privacy e firebase.google.com/support/privacy. Tutto il resto dell'app funziona offline.
4. Acquisti
L'acquisto unico «Pro» è gestito interamente da Apple (App Store) o Google (Google Play). Non riceviamo dati di pagamento: l'app sa soltanto che l'acquisto è avvenuto. I rimborsi seguono le regole di ciascuno store.
5. Promemoria
I promemoria di studio sono notifiche locali programmate sul tuo dispositivo e non passano da alcun server. Puoi disattivarli nelle impostazioni dell'app.
6. Segnalare una risposta
Se segnali una risposta di Colombo, l'app apre un'e-mail precompilata nella tua app di posta; viene inviata solo se la invii tu.
7. Condivisione dei dati
Non vendiamo dati e non riceviamo noi alcun dato personale che ti riguardi. L'unico trattamento da parte di terzi è quello di Google per Colombo, descritto al punto 3.
8. Destinatari
L'app è pensata per chi prepara l'esame della patente nautica, non per i bambini.
9. I tuoi diritti
Poiché non conserviamo dati personali che ti riguardano, non c'è nulla da consultare, rettificare o cancellare presso di noi. Per qualsiasi domanda: anavasislimited@gmail.com. Puoi anche rivolgerti al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

I quiz, le risposte, le figure e gli esercizi di carteggio sono quelli ufficiali pubblicati gratuitamente dal Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti (mit.gov.it). Le spiegazioni e le soluzioni passo passo sono scritte da ANAVASIS LLC. Strumento di studio indipendente, non ufficiale, non affiliato al Ministero, alla Guardia Costiera né ad alcun ente pubblico.

The app “Patente Nautica Prep” (identifier com.anavasis.patentenautica, iOS and Android) is published by ANAVASIS LLC. This policy explains what data is processed when you use it.
1. No account, no servers of our own
The app needs no account, and we operate no servers that store your data. Your progress, settings (licence type, sail, exam date), chartwork answers and mock-exam results stay on your device only. You can erase them in the app (Progressi → Cancella i miei progressi); deleting the app removes them too.
2. No ads, no tracking
The app contains no advertising, no analytics and no ad tracking, and it does not use the device's advertising identifier.
3. Colombo, the AI tutor (Pro)
Only if you write to Colombo: your message, the earlier messages of the conversation and, where relevant, the question or exercise you are studying with its explanation are sent to Google (Gemini, through Firebase AI Logic) to produce the answer. A notice tells you so before your first message. We send no name, no account and no advertising ID, and we do not keep your conversations. To protect the service from abuse, Firebase App Check confirms that the request comes from the app (Apple App Attest or Google Play Integrity). Google's processing is described at policies.google.com/privacy and firebase.google.com/support/privacy. Everything else in the app works offline.
4. Purchases
The one-time “Pro” purchase is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive no payment data; the app only learns that the purchase was made. Refunds follow each store's rules.
5. Reminders
Study reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device; they go through no server. You can turn them off in the app's settings.
6. Reporting an answer
If you report one of Colombo's answers, the app opens a prefilled email in your mail app; it is sent only if you send it yourself.
7. Sharing
We sell no data and receive no personal data about you ourselves. The only processing by a third party is Google's, for Colombo, described in section 3.
8. Audience
The app is for people preparing the patente nautica exam, not for children.
9. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Questions: anavasislimited@gmail.com. You may also contact the Italian data-protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
10. Content and sources
The quizzes, answers, figures and chartwork exercises are the official ones published free of charge by the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (mit.gov.it). The explanations and the step-by-step solutions are written by ANAVASIS LLC. Independent study app; not official and not affiliated with the Ministry, the Coast Guard or any public body.
